Chapter 938 was formed in 1988 with 10 charter members.

Today we have over 40 members with a vast range of aviation skills.

In addition to regular monthly meetings, Chapter 938 also currently

holds the NEW YEAR HANGAR OVER Fly-in on January 1st each year.

In as far as a small Chapter is able, We contribute our labors to the

YOUNG EAGLES program. In addition, during the spring of 2003

we assisted the area CAP Cadet program with the purchase of

a direction finder to facilitate locating downed aircraft.

There are hundreds of EAA Chapters throughout the world, each with

the unique influence of their own local area's aviation movement.

Though each Chapter may have specific goals and interests,

they all support experimental aviation and it's promotion.

Which includes the process of sharing design and

construction concepts of homebuilt aircraft.

Annual dues are a bargain at $12 and if you are interested in joining...

Neither an aircraft or pilots license is required.

All that you need posses is an enthusiastic interest.
